Kenneth T. DeCubellis | President and CEO - Mr. DeCubellis has 20 years of global management experience and most recently was Altra's Vice President of Business Development and Commercial Operations. Prior to joining Altra, Mr. DeCubellis spent 10 years at ExxonMobil in global, senior management positions in manufacturing, general management, commercial, marketing and finance. He also served in engineering and global manufacturing management positions for Texas Instruments, Inc. Mr. DeCubellis received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Sanjay Pal | Vice President, Finance & Corporate Development - Mr. Pal has over 10 years of finance and corporate development experience. Prior to joining Altra in 2006, Mr. Pal served as the Vice President & GM, Boingo Retail at Boingo Wireless, Inc. Mr. Pal's professional career also includes equity research and corporate finance experience with UBS Securities and SG Cowen Securities. Mr. Pal holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
